As a member of a Caprock health plan, you are a special guest and a valued customer. Caprock works with your employer to design and manage their health benefit plans, and we are here to answer your questions and process your claims quickly and accurately.

Customer Service

Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM (Central). Our friendly representatives can help you navigate the health care process by checking the status of your claims, verifying your plan’s benefits for particular services, or facilitating enrollment changes.

Online Member Services

Many of the questions that our customer service representatives field can be answered at any time through our benefit information portal – my.caprockhp.com. You can view claim status, verify your benefit plan coverage, and in some cases enroll in your benefit plan online. Please contact our customer service department to request a username and password for my.caprockhp.com.

Using Your Health Plan

Your health plan identification card is an essential part of your benefit plan. Please present this card to your healthcare providers – it will instruct them on how to verify your benefits and eligibility status and also how to file claims with your health plan.
