Our customer service department is open Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM (Central), and you can reach us at (806) 783-9995.

Our representatives can help report the status of your claims and verify benefits for services under your patients’ plans.

Online Provider Services

Many of the questions that our customer service representatives field can be answered at any time through our benefit information portal – my.caprockhp.com. You can view claim status and verify benefit plan coverage online 24 hours a day. Please contact our customer service department to request a username and password for my.caprockhp.com.

Claims Submission

Please refer to your patient’s health plan identification card for important information regarding filing claims with Caprock. We accept electronic filing of claims through the EDI receiver number HSPC1.
